Cookies
In short
coursier.paris sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party audience measurement tool. A banner lets you accept or refuse the cookies of the third-party services the site may load (tracking map, online payment). Your choice is kept for six months in your browser and can be changed at any time: .
Strictly necessary cookies
Exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines, as they are essential to the service requested.
| Name | Role | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cp_consent | Remembers your cookie choices (browser local storage) | 6 months |
| cp_admin | Session for the administration area, reserved for the team | 12 hours |
Internal audience measurement
To know how the site is used, we record the pages viewed, the source of the visit (search engine, link, direct access) and the type of device. This measurement is performed by our own servers, without cookies or persistent identifiers: a visitor is represented by an anonymous fingerprint renewed every day, which can neither recognise you from one day to the next nor follow you on other sites. No IP address is kept. In line with the CNIL guidelines, this strictly necessary and anonymised audience measurement is exempt from consent.
Third-party services subject to your consent
| Service | Use | Cookies |
|---|---|---|
| Google Maps | Real-time delivery tracking map | Set by Google when the map is displayed, only after acceptance |
| Stripe | Secure online payment and fraud prevention | Set by Stripe during payment |
If you refuse, the tracking page shows the delivery timeline without the map, and payment remains possible by phone. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies.
Managing your consent
You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage my cookies” link in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data, which will bring the banner back.
